The format is simple. Six people. Bi-weekly sessions of 90 minutes each. One person brings a real situation to the hot seat. The group works through it together. You leave every session with something useful, even when it is not your turn.
The backbone is the Five Views of your product leadership operating system. Upward, sideways, downward, forward, and inward. We go through each one and find where the system is actually breaking down.
Between sessions there is a shared space for async questions and thinking. At the halfway point you get one 30-minute 1:1 with me. The goal is not insight. It is a working operating model you can run.
This is a pilot. Six spots.
The first round runs for 90 days starting in September. Pilot rate is CHF 1,500 for the full three months. The regular price after this round will be CHF 2,500.
